Bhubesi Pride’s Lion – JPR Williams
Bhubesi Pride is thrilled to have the support of legendary former Welsh International and British Lion, JPR Williams.
We are hugely grateful to JPR for his involvement and endorsement, which is reproduced below.
“I can fully endorse Bhubesi Pride’s TransAfrique 2011.
Rugby is a great sport and has fantastic potential in changing people’s lives. Players have to play for each other and put their bodies on the line. I was very fortunate in my life to have been born into a rugby family and have never failed to appreciate the players I have played with, and against, during my career.
I have always loved playing rugby in South Africa and would relish the chance to visit other African countries to spread the word of rugby. Richard Bennett is a great rugby enthusiast and I feel this project is well worth supporting and will help to change people’s lives in Africa.
The Welsh Rugby Former International Players Association (WRFIPA), of which I am a trustee and committee member, fully support the project.
